Here is a site that talks about High Weight Capacity treadmills and I think it's based in USA but, these days, items sold in USA are also sold in UK. I too have been looking to get a treadmill, but hadn't thought about the maximum weight as I was only going to get a cheapie and only walk on it, so wouldn't be putting the stress of a runner onto the machine. Mind you, one doesn't want to invest in a treadmill and find that it doesn't work for one's weight, so it's a gamble. Once you lose the extra weight, you could run on it. If you are going to start off using it for walking, I don't see how it wouldn't be okay to go over that weight. I would, personally, assume that this is for people running on it. They one they link to is £800 on Amazon!! These sugars are mostly rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.According to the article above, the high-end treadmills go up to 160kg. Complex CarbohydratesComplex carbohydrates consist of a chemical structure that is made up of three or more sugars, which are usually linked together to form a chain. Despite the fact that simple carbohydrates do not contain enough essential nutrients, some foodstuffs such as fruits may still be good for you. Disaccharides consist of two chemically-linked monosaccharides, and they come in the form of lactose, maltose and sucrose.Foods that contain simple carbohydrates include table sugar, products with white flour, honey, milk, yoghurt, candy, chocolate, fruit, fruit juice, cake, jam, biscuits, molasses, soda and packaged cereals. Monosaccharides consist of only one sugar, and examples include fructose, galactose and glucose. In comparison to complex carbohydrates, simple carbohydrates are digested by the body more quickly, because they have a very simple chemical structure. There are two types of simple carbohydrates: monosaccharides and disaccharides.
